Red LOS light

LOS light on ONT is red and no broadband. Lots of forum post replies telling me the only way to fix this is to call Sky. However, I can't find a number for Sky other than the standard

"helpline" in which I'm interrogated by a robot then sent a link to an online diagnostic tool which doesn't work. How do I get to speak to a human being who can fix the issue? Thanks.

@MattarPaneer All Sky lines go through thexsame IVR system stay on the line say something like you need to report a broadband fault and you should get tgrough to an agent but yhe wait can be long.

I've tried a dozen times and can't find a route to speak to a human. Every time it triumphantly tells me it's going to text me a link to a diagnostic tool. (Which doesn't work.) Then hangs up on me.

@MattarPaneer Try the service checker to see if an Area Wide fault is flagged up to you instead!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
