Red LOS light on microfiber router. Test says connection good and no issues with WiFi but unable to connect to WiFi

@Kates7238 the service checker shows the result last time tge test was run notvtge current pisition. A red LOS light means Loss Of Service so you need to call Sky and report it if a restart of the ONT diesnt clear the issue.
