You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum, so reconnection after what, an outage or a restriction?

@Wicklow101 If you where disconnected for missing a payment then it won't be reconnected until payment is made in full and clears in Sky's account and you have resetup a continueous payment method(direct debit or credit/debit card), this can take longer over a weekend as payments are not processed.

If you cancelled and then requested reconnection thre is at least a 10 working day lead time.
