I’ve never had any issues but a couple of weeks ago my broadband started dropping out and going really slow - like really slow. A minute to send a photo on what's app slow.
i checked the box and it had a white light on it so I reset it. Problem hasn't resolved.
i did an internet speed test and was shocked as the results were :
0.09 mbps download
1.19 mbps upload
I just logged here and sky did a broadband check as and said everything is fine when clearly something is very wrong somewhere.
any ideas pls?
