Really bad internet
After contacting Sky, the employee advised me to switch to a supposedly much better internet service because the one I had was very slow. However, after switching to this "better" service, my internet has become even worse. I've been experiencing frequent network outages, extremely slow speeds, and overall very poor internet quality. I'm very dissatisfied and would like a solution to this issue.
