@Janet93  An engineeer won't be sent out on the back of a community post, no one at Sky will know who you are from your login.

 

If you require help you need to explain what the issie is with your Broadband

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Janet93  What is the issue that you are having with your broadband. The communit needs a little bit more information in order to help you.

What problems are you having, is it running slow or not working at all, if the later try this:

 

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
