Re-ordering router

My router order was cancelled.  (Ordered 30/4 but didn't arrive in time for installation yesterday) My calls to Sky fail (am assuming blocked). They keep saying to call but every number I call fails.  I would like to ensure they are re- ordering a router as I require broadband for other applications in my home.

Whrn day it was cancelled what has happened so did Sky contact you via email about its delivery and what if anything g shows here about it:
