My wifi went down on 5th June - 
I have tried in vein to talk to Sky who have not been able to sort out an engineer.
They also offered me full fibre in November 2024 for a discount on my bill.

I have not received this either but the order is 'still in the system'.

I have been with Sky now for over 11 years and this past year there is no service/help to speak of.

 

For this reason, I am cancellng and I will find broadband else where.
I wfh a lot of the time and this has been a pain.

You are only telling other customers here so whatever you do from here on in you will need to talk to Sky about your issues.
