I cannot access the update .  I am waiting for internet installation which  Openreach advised would be completed before Christmas.  I received the new router  last November and the engineer made an initial visit to set up the connection in my property on 1st December and I was advised that the work would be completed by 24th December. Since then I have heard nothing. 

If you cannot complete the work for whatever reason do you want me to return the new router which is stillin its original packing.

As we are just customers here you will have to call Sky to get an update about this.
