Hello,
My sky broadband speed is so bad that it is unusable. I cannot stream any of my TV apps, load a basic web page without it taking a few minutes. In this day in age it's absolutely unacceptable. It also cuts out completely very regularly. On bad days it can happen 50+ times a day. It is very frustrating as it makes it impossible to work from home with two young children. My neighbour who is also on sky broadband has a much better speed so i am very confused why mine is so terrible. It is near to IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone on the phone or online so this is my last resort before I cancel my direct debit and leave you completely when I have been a loyal customer for 7+ years.
I have done a speed test online and am happy to upload a screenshot but unsure how to. The results are as follows: Download speed = 0.91mbps and Upload 0.51mbps. I am sure you will agree this is shocking.
I need an engineer to come out and solve this problem or I will be leaving.
