Order now says its been cancelled after phoning them they say they can't do anything until tomorrow to replace the order. This is completey unacceptable by sky no contact until calling today and being passed between 5 different departments plus an unpaid day off work for an engineer not showing up. Disgusting customer service.

Openreach engineer can always complete work without the broadband router
if an engineer cant complete the work its usually a fault with openreach not the isp itself
that been said, once your broadband goes active which is usally 24 hours after the engineer has completed his work, you can call sky and get a new router
sky can only issue new routers once the broadband has gone active.
