How do I speak to someone at sky customer service

Dear sir/madam i got sky internet last year im tried call but i couldnt speak with costumer service i had a problem. My internet box in my living room  i have 2 bedroom one of them cant get internet causr i think my internet box far for this i need long cable for move the corridor for this please help me

Sky will not supply any such cable.  If it's from phone socket to Hub, RJ11 to RJ11 is widely available online.
