Erm I have virgin media and I tried to cancel it and change to sky broadband but no one helps me

I know but we have sky and the engineer came and said that we need to drill outside and change from virgin media to sky broadband but I don't know what to do because it won't let me re-book a appointment?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you require drilling to setup an Openreach line then you dont yet have Sky broadband. You'll need to call Sky and ask for an update on where they are at with the install.
