Booking a sky engineer

Hello please can someone help me re-book a engineer appointment to come and set my internet please?

@Fran+RaduWhat do you mean by setting it up? Do you mean plugged it in from when the router is in the box to where it works and gives you an internet connection? Or is this to do with setting up your connection as you do not have one?

Erm I have virgin media and I tried to cancel it and change to sky broadband but no one helps me

@Fran+RaduYou should be able to order Sky broadband when it is installed then you can cancel Virgin.

I already have the sky broadband I just need a engineer to come and set everything up

@Fran+RaduThis is a self install. The instructions come with the router on how to install it.

I know but we have sky and the engineer came and said that we need to drill outside and change from virgin media to sky broadband but I don't know what to do because it won't let me re-book a appointment?

If you require drilling to setup an Openreach line then you dont yet have Sky broadband. You'll need to call Sky and ask for an update on where they are at with the install.
