REPLACEMENT HUB

So my Internet went live on the 11th January, I am currently still without Internet because sky sent my hub out threw royal mail and my hub wasn't in the box it had been stolen, reported it to sky and got told a replacement hub was been sent out (This was on the 10th), contacted them again on the (12th) after been told it would get to me by the 11th to be told it had been sent out again and to wait until today (19th) I still haven't had my replacement hub. Has anyone had this before and who else do sky use yo send the hubs out as they haven't give me tracking information or anything, they are just saying its not threw royal mail.
