First of all, I am currently using NOW broadband and looking for an option to use Sky full fibre.
But when I try to run through the availability checking, it says my current address has an existing sky line in my address already.
After I selected "I am not an existing customer" then couldn't go further. I just wonder if my current address is tied up with the previous Sky account from another customer. I've attempted to apply for the broadband service from the other ISP but was told that Openreach cancelled my order without reason.
I am not sure if someone from Sky would help me to check what goes wrong based on my current address. Thank you.
