Trying to purchase sky broadband as I've moved house I have  tried multiple times and when it comes to the end it's saying sorry we're having technical difficulties it's been 3 days and cannot find a useful contact number to call

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
