Puck not working

The streaming pucj isn't working

You have not mentioned what is not working or what you have tried.

 

If it's some kind of intermittent error while watching content, try a settings restart.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete


If it's not turning on. This is normally when the puck gets stuck in a standby state.

Have a read of this article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
