Puck dropped connection yer again!
Got back from weekend away and puck had dropped connection to my boiler. Logged back in and got central heating working again. A couple of hours later was watching the F1 GP when picture changed to black screen yet again! This is happening regularly. Please fix or I will have to cancel contract and move to someone with a relablable service. This is happening several time a week!
