Provided password incorrect
Received new sky hub and the password provided on the back of the hub and the card is incorrect. I am definitely typing it as written (case sensitive) have tried to connect on several devices, pressed and held the reset button until lights flashed and also unplugged it before trying again. All devices say incorrect password.

Re: Provided password incorrect
Chances are that if a factory reset didn't solve the issue, you are misreading the password. Unfortunately Sky haven't been very clever with restricting the characters used, so a figure 0 or 1 can be easily confused with an uppercase O or lowercase L, etc.

Re: Provided password incorrect
I found the lettering on the card that came with the new hub really difficult to read so wrote it down from where it was printed on the hub itself to make sure I had it down correctly.
