Product returns problem.

I returned my modem and booster with my sky q box not realising you were sending a separate box to return the broadband equipment.

@Geoff25 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but it really doesnt matter as long as included a reference to who was returning the kit and held onto the postage receipt,
