Problems with wifi

I work from home and cannot use Teams/Google meet - the calls keep dropping out. It often freezes when I am working. It is unreliable. I may lose my job if I don't have a consistent service. This is causing massive stress.

@AMHARROP

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Re: Problems with wifi

Unfortunately I still have the issue, even though the checks show clear. I can't get hold of anyone at Sky. Thank you for your suggestion though. I need to speak to someone at Sky who can help!!!!!.

Re: Problems with wifi

@AMHARROP - are you currently connected via Wi-Fi? If so, switching to a wired Ethernet connection could significantly improve stability and help reduce some of the stress and risk you're facing with work disruptions.
