Problems with new fibre broadband

Since this broadband was fitted we are having problems with us regularly losing internet access . While we are able to resolve the issue it is getting increasingly frustrating that we are having to do this . This especially so as we were told that this broadband was an improvement on our previous broadband. This is definitely not the case.

When you have no internet access what lights are lit on your hub ?

What do you do to resolve it, do you reboot the hub ? 

Is this happening in certain or all rooms in your home ?
