Hello everyone,
I'm looking to install a new broadband in my home, but as I go to checkout it doesn't recognize my mobile number and I'm not able to continue to payment. I tried filling the space with my number written in different ways, but any of them won't work. I already tried calling the numbers in the "Contact Us" section, but none of them will work.
Would you know a way around the problem?

Unfortunately no. I live alone and I just moved to the UK.

Is your phone number one from abroad, as perhaps that is why it isn't being recognised if it is.
