@David519 you can only connect a Sky Q mini by WiFi to a black Sky hub any other router including the white Sky hub wont work. Instead connect the Q mini to your main Q box by WPS - press the WPS button on the mininuntil itvstarts flashing then do the same on the Q box the two should then connect if they are within range. If you have a black hub you can connect by using its wps button which is on the right hand edge but is difficult to see.
