Sky sent a contractor to install new broadband equipment. It was moved to a different room at the contractor's suggestion. I was told it would be more powerful than previously. It's not. I no longer have WiFi in the bedrooms, it's glitchy and gives me poor quality internet calls and extremely poor Amazon fire stick connection. I wish to this situation to be improved or I will need to leave Sky.

As this is a customer helps customer forum you will need to call Sky about this as presumably what you did before.
