Problem with router and 5g

Please help. A while ago, I split the SSID's for 5g and 2.4g for gaming purposes. It has been fine for over a year. For some reason today, 5g isn't working on any device, and 2.4g is extremely limited, so we're unable to game and only have access to YouTube and Netflix.

I would first start with a factory reset which would be holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds.
