Problem with Openreach box

Starting six days ago, my Openreach box has been giving out an intermittent ticking sound, initially for short bursts over the first couple of days, and then for over an hour.   Then it stopped for three days, and it is now started again.   Openreach tell me they don't come to issues inside properties.   Sky suggested I unplug both the Openreach box and the router, and reconnect them, which I have done.   A kind neighbour checked on the Openreach website, which suggests that there may be something a connection in the Openreach box that is failing .   I contacted Sky Crew, and explained the problem as best I could, but have had no reply.   Can anyone advise what to do next?

@CatJ1 Are you sure that it is the Openreach box doing the ticking, it is a reported fault that happens on the sky Hub when connected over to the FF Full Fibre connection, but it is a standard ON/OFF clicking for the DSL realy in the sky Hub, put your ear to the HUB when it happens next to see.

I have been listening, my neighbour even removed the cover of the Openreach box and the tick is most definitely from that box.   Can you advise how I can contact some who will actually speak to me at Sky?
