Ordered by phone 3rd Sept. Cancelled by Sky, no reason, and was asked to reorder
10th Sept, did so. Email 12th Sept 'house address mismatch' my order no 25 Open reach no 24, i confirmed no 25. EMail 17th Sept "adress mismatch", your order is cancelled will call you on the 19th for you to reorder. No one called on the 19th Sept. I called Sky the next day and told them i wouldn't be reordering again. Few days later phoned my broadband supplier TalkTalk to order new contract only to be told i couldn't as there was a switching order still in place from Sky. From then phone Sky "Order has been cancelled" back to TT cannot do anything til Sky take off switch order, to Sky "this has happened to others " TT has to sort their end. ButTT wont do anything til Sky tell them. The time on the phone, one loses the will to live!

I have been trying to cancel this since the offer was made. I do not want this offer please cancel and cancel engineer. I expect not to be charged for this as I have tried numerous times to cancel
