Can you please give me the costs of the different services as I am looking to upgrade, but cannot do so as the website decides to go into a loop and will not even show me the costs (I get a blank page stating here at the legal bits and nothing else on it)

Thank you for the info. I followed the info given by the Virtual Assistant. I have not made contact but have only managed to get into chat or find a phone number by going down the making a complaint route.
There does appear to be something wrong with their website as when I try to upgrade I get either a blank page just saying here are the legal bits or go into a continuouls loop on the sign in page. I have also tried clearing cookies.
