Previous provider (Vodafone) advised Sky not communicating switch
Hello,
Vodafone just told me Sky didn't communicate my switch to them, and because this reason I will be liable for 30 more days with them.
I refuse to pay 2 broadbands (I can't afford it) and it was my understanding Sky had done this.
Is it Vodafone lying to try and get me to pay? I plan to raise a complaint I just wanted to check if I can prove they are not telling the truth to me.

As you have switch to sky you can apply for the switching credit that covers the cost of two services
has your service been activated with sky on full fibre and the Vodafone on the old copper line into your house?
providers bill you in advance so depending when your billing date is the will take the full amount for the month ahead regardless of any switch in progress , they then refund you the following month once the switch is complete
