Postponing migrating to Full Fibre
Hi,
I have not made a decision pertaining to moving to Full Fibre from my existing part fibre 80/20 service, which I have had for more than 10 years. I am on the legacy package Sky Fibre Max.
Is there a time limit for ordering a replacement hub for my old Sky Q Hub ER110?
I know that the Sky Q hub ceases to receive updates by the 31st December 2025.
Would I be encouraged to migrate over the Full Fibre because I am in a Full Fibre priority exchange area and I have limited options, e.g. Openreach FTTP and there are no Full Fibre altnets to choose from?
I am a Sky Diamond VIP Member, would I be eligible to upgrade to Sky Full Fibre at no cost if I wanted to without changing my current rolling contract (meaning no 24-month contract) because I am on Sky Fibre Max and not Sky Superfast?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, please.
Thank you.

Re: Postponing migrating to Full Fibre
Removing Q Hubs from service this year is not related to FTTP: it's being done because router hardware of that vintage no longer meets the requirements of recent UK regulations. The Sky Broadband Hub and Max Hub both work for FTTC and even ADSL.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
