Have had gigafast broadband and WiFi max for just over 2 weeks. Getting 800+ speed in front room, where hub is, and 100+ in kitchen 3 rooms away. But then next room ( and same upstairs ) connection would fall off cliff and have nothing.
Called at 11am on Wednesday to explain the issue. 15 minute call showing the layout of house etc and a WiFi pod was ordered, free of charge.
11:30am on Thursday new pod delivered. Plugged in, connected after a few minutes and getting now getting 200+ in all rooms of house.

I've just had full fibre installed and the whole process has been so easy... Openreach were brilliant, the sky techy who did the final installe bit today was brilliant, the speeds are brilliant and the price is brilliant... Absolute breath of fresh air compared to the charlatans that I was with before 🤣
