Port forwarding on wifi 6 with a SR213-O2 router

I need to port forward but when i go on sky's management thing where u log in with admin-sky, it says the password and/or username are incorrect even though these are the details that sky tells you to use when logging intop the management page. so i'm not sure what to do and every other post i've found about port forwarding with sky is all wifi 4 or older, I'm running wifi 6 through a fibre connection and so I'm not sure what to do. For context I am trying to port forward my FiveM server and make it publically visable!

@skatertux you set up portvforwarding in the My Sky app not in the hub's web interface. Simply log in with the Sky id connected to the account find the advanced settings for the Sky Max hub.
