Hi just moved from BT to SKY Fibre and a new SKY MAX Hub, trying to set up Port Forwarding rules but when I try to create one for my CCTV server (LAN Connected) it is not listed in the drop down box to select a device, only 5 devices listed (mainly Wi-Fi ones) despite me having 19 connected devices.
Why are only a few devices listed when I have more connected and how can I select the one I want Port Forwarding on so I can set up the ports etc?

Hi, on the list you should be able to scroll down and all the devices will be shown

Re: Port Forwarding on SKY MAX Hub - unable to select device
I have the same problem, and no, unfortunately all of my devices do not show on the list despite me scrolling down. The device I want to port forward to is not there. It is connected to the hub and is able to access the network/internet just fine, but under "Connected Devices" it shows as being offline for some reason I don't understand. @23stuart23 , if you're still having trouble, can you see your CCTV device under the Connected Devices area of the router's config? If so is it showing as online or offline?

Re: Port Forwarding on SKY MAX Hub - unable to select device
I can see connected and disconnected devices in the drop down when setting up Port Forwarding, I went through every device in the drop down and compared them to my device list, some names in PF drop down were not what I saw in devices, so renamed them as I wanted, happy now I see all devices in drop down, I suggest to check the names drop down to devices.

Re: Port Forwarding on SKY MAX Hub - unable to select device
same issue here my device is connected and I can see it on PC if I log into hub but list on mysky app does not show it plus i has other devices just named by letters and numbers which do not correspond to anything. SKY Router is crap compared with other providers, never had this issue with Virgin or plusnet
