Poor wifi
We recently had sky broadband installed in our house, due to the hub being installed at the back of the house the signal for the WiFi doesn't seem to be great, my son is struggling to play on his console because he can't seem to get a stable connection. I think we would benefit from having a few boosters as the house is quite large with lots of furniture and walls blocking signal

Re: Poor wifi
A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
