Hi, we've recently had sky broadband, on the whole it works okay. However in the lounge ( about 12 feet from the router the signal is terrible, for example, it won't even play YouTube/itv player etc, I've tried the normal troubleshooting
@ScottHarrhy Have you checked and set you sky Broadband Shield product at your account? If you also happen to have the sky Max white Broadband hub, see the link below, but at 12' then you would not be expecting an issue at that distance!
