Poor wifi
The WiFi connection keeps going in an out.

@MEFK people use the term WiFi for both the broadband connection to your Sky hub and for the wifi connection from the hub to your devices. You need to work out which of those is your problem as they have entirely different solutions. Easiest way is to look at the lights on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
