Poor wifi

I have a sky max hub/router on sky full fibre 500 and my broadband connection is good but since coming back to sky broadband last month I can no longer get my ring cameras to connect nor the two ring chimes, a tp link puppy cam or my sons x-box which is upstairs. I can sometimes also lose internet connection on my phone whilst upstairs or in the garden.   I had no issues with any of them whilst I was on talk talk full fibre so it must be something to do with the router or how its set up.  I've tried troubleshooting and I've also done a factory reset to no avail.   Please Help😩😂. TIA

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
