I switched from BT to Sky a few months ago and pretty poor intermittent service every since. Engineers came and 'fixed' issues with the line but service is still v poor. Email refresh has been running for 8 mins on my phone; Teams calls say poor signal and drop out, WiFi is always dropping off my phone in the house. I have a WiFi extender but doesn't seem to have made any difference. Broadband generally is t fast in this area, but currently so much worse than when with BT. I really don't know what I can do. I'm a pretty basic user, few devices etc. Any advice appreciated - thanks.
