Poor wifi reception

Hi. I paid to upgrade my package to improve poor WiFi reception but theisstill isn't good. What's happening here please?

@Kawa11 What has been done since you paid for the request? The Forum is not customer service and if you need sky then best to call them from your landline, dial 150 to get them!
