My wifi signal is terrible on my iPad and my sons Nintendo switch console it will only work in the livingroom next to the router no other room in the house.

I do need help with them unfortunately with work Iv had no time to get in contact with sky but the wifi has no been great since I joined last month for my iPad and switch signal upstairs in the house.
