Poor wifi drops apps through Global Protect

When working upstairs (back of house) in home office, wifi signal drops to low, internet still available, however it appears signal strength is too low to support apps through Global Protect. Hub in downstairs front of house

Couldn't join private chat opened at time, back working for home and same issue occurring
