Poor upload speed

What i shuld to do ? upload speed less than 0.5mb/s

Have you checked if you can upgrade?

 

The upload on a 24Mbps line should be around 1.5Mbps but is not guaranteed

 

Your only hope on your current would be to claim you are under ofcom uso of 1Mbps

@Anonymous 

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, you're using ADSL broadband which is now essentially obsolete in part due to the very low maximum upload speed inherent to the technology.  You'd want to be looking to move to FTTC, G.fast or FTTP.
