Poor ultrafast broadband speed

Hi, consistently my broadband speeds are recorded as 250mb/s on every device except the MySky app. 
How can sky help fix the internet speeds as this is far below the guaranteed 400mbs?

Sounds like you are testing your WiFi speed and not the speed of your internet connection
