Poor spreed to hub

Having trouble with broadband, and unable to connect to some devices Streaming sites are running slow or skipping. Checked my sky app, it says poor spreed to hub. I've turned everything off, unplugged everything, reset and still not working correctly Any advice please as getting frustrated

Having the same issues for about a week and sky said it's nothing to do with them!
