Poor speed

I've complained about my broadband recently and done tests and reset everything as requested, only receiving 80mg download, which is nowhere near to what im paying for, looked at history and been on 80 for months, bot happy as im paying for full broadband speed...

@Jitend What is the FF speed package that you are on from sky, if higher than the service checker is showing you and your download is also 80Mb/s accross the board, then raise it with sky and report it as a fault, it has been made aware on the Forum a few times before but NO one every reports any outcome to the talks with sky or the fix that is applied! See the picture when it clears!

 

Two things to look at the service checker is it will say YOU ARE ON FF500 as an example but speed reported will be 80Mb/s everyday!
