Poor speed to hub
My mams speed is currently 7.2mb but she should be getting somewhere near 32mb as a guarantee. Can this be looked at

@Janet122 You'e not contacting Sky Customer services, in additon no one would even know who your mam is from a community post.
They will need to runf the broadband checks through the MySky app and is any issues found they will be guided to the next steps.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
