Poor speed on device

Smart tv is experiencing very poor speeds wifi check says it is all good but it's impossible to watch due to constant buffering of programs, tv is located in the room next to the router so the signal is not an issue

@JGibb91 If the signal is not an issue, have you wired the TV to the sky Hub with a Ethernet cable?
