Poor signal

Hi, it says that everything is fine in my app but the singal to my fire stick is very poor, it had been OK but now it is awful, I have rebooted the router but nothing has happened, it keeps buffing all the time, how do I fix this?

@Sophie106  Where is the router in the property and is this in the same room as the firestick?
