Sky were meant to call me this morning between 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. and . nothing. I was on a call with an advisor yesterday and he said he had to go for a break and passed me on to someone else!. The someone else said he would call me today. I get stupid letters today in the post, one giving me a reference number of my Complaint, and another saying they cannot get hold of me. What a joke! I can't get hold of them.

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers. What was the issue you were contacting Sky about?

Hi Superuser, I want Sky to respond. My WiFi is rubbish which is causing issues with my Rako lighting and Sonos music system. I have reported the fault have a case reference number and yet cannot get hold of a human, not a virtual assistant who is giving me points for writing this post!

Sky support won't respond to a forum post and WiFi is never actually guaranteed (despite what certain product marketing names may appear to suggest)
We can try an escalation to an online chat with Sky if you wish.

Thanks, but I don't want to online chat with anyone. Been there, done that! Since my post It seems that Sky have got into action and I have received a call and a promise of another call later on today. Hoorah!

A member of the Sky team has been in touch and has followed up and called when she said she would. The matter is now resolved.
